The B80 residence stands out for its combination of different materials, from ceramic tiles to stamped sheet metal, terrazzo, and exposed concrete.

Distinctive look

This building will fill the gap between the Pekárenský dvůr and BlockArt residences. It partially incorporates certain elements of the facades on its immediate neighbors.

"B80 is the final project to complete the Pekárenský dvůr complex. Bratislavská street will now have a row of three buildings with a cohesive concept of facades that connect to each other yet retain their own unique character."
